1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging NatureCare North Port Tree Service ("Company," "we," "us") for any tree service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

NatureCare North Port provides tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, and stump removal services in North Port, FL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a written estimate and mutual agreement prior to commencement. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on an on-site assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during the estimate — for example, if underground utilities, hidden structural issues, or access limitations are discovered during work. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As the property owner or authorized representative, you agree to:

  • Disclose any known underground utilities, irrigation systems, or buried lines in the work area
  • Ensure clear access to the work site for our crew and equipment
  • Obtain any required HOA approvals or permits prior to service
  • Ensure animals and non-essential persons are clear of the work area during operations

5. Insurance & Liability

NatureCare North Port carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the contracted services. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities not disclosed by the customer, or damage caused by Acts of God. Customers are encouraged to review their own homeowner's insurance prior to scheduling work.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Accounts unpaid beyond 30 days of invoice date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a trip/setup fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions at no penalty to the customer.

8. Warranty & Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, notify us within 72 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from events outside our control after service completion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of NatureCare North Port Tree Service and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
